Saturday Social
For our August social, which is on a Saturday this month, we’ll be making a trip to Shrewsbury, for a special BrumHums guided tour of Charles Darwin’s birthplace, The Mount. It was here that Charles Darwin spent his formative years exploring the natural world around him. The trip could be extended to include lunch and a visit to other places of interest in Shrewsbury.
The guided tour of the house will cost £7 per person.

Quiz night
For our April social event, we’ve decided to do something a bit different – taking part in a pub quiz! We’ve heard that the one at the Fighting Cocks in Moseley is a good one, so that’s where we’ll be on 8th April.
